Play within your means
Ascend is entertainment, not income. Only spend money you can afford to lose. Entry fees are non-refundable and most parlays lose — that is how the math works. The one exception: if a market is cancelled and no legs remain on your entry, the entry fee is refunded automatically to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Know the signs
Warning signs of problem play: spending more than intended, chasing losses, hiding activity from family or friends, borrowing to play, play interfering with work or relationships.
Tools we provide
(a) Daily entry-fee and parlay-count limits are enforced platform-wide.
(b) Your Wallet and My Parlays pages always show your full history — total entered, total earned, accuracy. Look at it honestly.
(c) To take a break or close your account, contact helpmeascend@gmail.com; we will suspend the account and pay out any balance above the minimum within 48 hours.
Rules we follow
18+ only. One account per person. No credit is extended — you can only ever lose what you've paid in.
