1. Data We Collect
(a) Account data: email, username, PayPal email.
(b) Activity data: predictions, parlays, results, streaks, comments, login timestamps.
(c) Payment data: processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
(d) Optional connections: Discord user ID and username if you link your account.
(e) Technical data: device/browser type, IP address, cookies for session management.
2. How We Use It
To operate the Platform (accounts, parlays, settlement, payouts, streaks, leaderboards, badges); to send transactional emails (confirmations, settlement results, streak and market alerts) via our email provider; to prevent fraud and enforce Terms; and to display public profile statistics (accuracy, badges, active picks) which you can disable via the Private Profile setting.
3. What We Never Sell
We do not sell your personal data. We do not expose individual users' picks to other users; community consensus data is aggregated only.
4. Third-Party Processors
Supabase (database/auth), Stripe (payments), PayPal (payouts), Resend (email), Discord (optional account linking), Lovable (hosting). Each processes data under its own privacy policy.
5. Retention
Account and transaction records are retained while your account is active and as required for legal, tax, and dispute purposes thereafter.
6. Your Rights
You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting helpmeascend@gmail.com. Deletion of your account removes your profile from public view; transaction records may be retained where legally required.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and preferences only. No advertising trackers.
8. Children
The Platform is 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; such accounts are deleted on discovery.
9. Changes
Material changes will be announced via the Platform or email before taking effect.
